Thomas Architecture Studios was hired to develop a new master plan that concentrated solely on the Town Center area of Briggs Village. The resulting master plan includes nearly 150,000 SF of commercial, retail, and office space, including a 28,000 SF Village Grocery and 137 multifamily housing units within the Town Center. A fully animated rendered model was created for the entire Town Center area as a communication tool for the amended master plan approval process, which aided in soliciting commercial and residential tenants and developers for all Town Center parcels.
