Campus Lofts, located within downtown Olympia and tucked between the Southeast Neighborhood and the Capitol Campus is an adaptive reuse of a former office building. Disused office space was converted into 36 market rate apartment flats while 7 new townhome style apartments fill in the rest of the site. Meeting regional goals of added density and housing units while breathing life into a vacant building, this project received a Merit Award from the AIA Chapter of Southwest Washington.
