The City of DuPont hired TAS to conduct a Planning and Feasibility Study for a potential new community center. The desired program included multiple elements, including: a new library, event space, gym, running track, workout rooms, an aquatic center, and an outdoor farmer's market. The six month study engaged the citizens and City’s regional stakeholders in a collaborative process to define the priorities and needs for the community-focused center, and included multiple options with different program combinations and cost estimates.
