Elevating the Evergreen Christian Community to new heights, our combined masterplan and lobby remodel project embodies a complete transformation. The masterplan envisions a redesigned site, featuring a choice between a 36,000-square-foot, 1-story school or a 63,000-square-foot, 2-story school. Both options include core classrooms, elective classrooms, administrative spaces, science labs, before/after school care facilities, library, and cafeteria. The exterior space is meticulously reimagined with a new parking area, dedicated school drop-off, a 400-meter rubberized sport track, and a multipurpose soccer field catering to NFL youth flag football.
Simultaneously, the lobby remodel revolutionizes the entry experience. Vertical openness and dormers adorned with stained glass infuse the space with natural light. A new mezzanine enhances the second floor, while the relocated café seamlessly complements the redesigned lobby. Serving as a central hub, the revitalized lobby welcomes church guests, providing easy access to the sanctuary, coffee shop, remodeled bathrooms, ministry offices, day care, and various meeting areas. This transformative project harmoniously marries architectural innovation with a renewed sense of community at Evergreen Christian Community.
Completing the holistic vision for Evergreen Christian Community, the exterior transformation embraces Pacific Northwest aesthetics. Combining stone, Hardie panel, and wood cladding, the exterior radiates a regional charm that seamlessly blends with its surroundings. The stained glass dormers within the lobby, now complemented by a new entry canopy, invite a play of light and shadow, creating an inviting ambiance. As a visual focal point, a large display/banner/marquee area graces the exterior of the sanctuary wall, offering an engaging platform for announcements and community messages. This exterior revitalization not only enhances the architectural appeal but also reinforces Evergreen Christian Community as a beacon of harmonious design in the heart of the Pacific Northwest.
