PACIFIC NORTHWEST REGIONAL COUNCIL OF CARPENTERS

This Tukwila headquarters building is designed to showcase the history and craftsmanship within the different trades with special attention to detail and material throughout, expressed in the raw building materials of wood, steel, concrete and glass. The client is committed to sustainability in the design, and with the close collaborative efforts between TAS and our consultants, this facility will feature a number of energy efficient and environmentally-friendly systems and technology to enhance envelope performance and mechanical systems in addition to the deployment of an extensive photovoltaic array across the green roofs.
