The City of Puyallup solicited requests for proposals for a large full block site in downtown Puyallup. The site abutted two other parking block sites that our office and development partner Urban Olympia decided to combine the sites into a larger master-planned development. The three buildings work together to pull the walkable edges of downtown further towards the Meeker Mansion. The scope of the project includes three mixed-use market rate multifamily apartment buildings that include 264 apartments, including 11 live/work loft units, as much as 21,000 SF of commercial space concentrated primarily on the Meeker Festival Street, and 235 parking spaces (178 on site spaces plus 57 on street spaces directly adjacent to each site).
