THE VILLAGE AT MILL POND

The Village at Mill Pond is a neo-traditional master planned, mixed use community, located on 46 acres in northeast Olympia. Thomas Architecture Studio provided the design for the entire village utilizing the principals of new urbanism. This approach was consistent with the City of Olympia’s land use preferences for Neighborhood Villages. The village contains over 120 single family homes, 90 townhomes and 90 multifamily homes clustered around a 4 acre village green that contains two ponds, a 7,700 SF community lodge and 10,000 SF of commercial space for village residents and the surrounding community.
