THURSTON FIRST BANK

After TAS's redesign of this existing concrete warehouse building, Thurston First Bank became one of the anchor ground floor commercial tenants. Along with the adjacent Three Magnets Brewpub on the ground floor and new residential apartment units on the floor above, this old building was given a new lease on life. Services for Thurston First Bank included full tenant fit out, material and color selection, and construction administration.
