The common thread to all TAS Urban Design Studio projects is the transformative impact our designs have on communities and the opportunity for our larger planning efforts to lead directly to the architectural design of buildings within the larger urban planned area. Examples include waterfront redevelopment projects in Boston, Tacoma, and Olympia. TAS also leads planning efforts on mixed-use urban villages such as Briggs Village and neighborhood villages like The Village at Mill Pond in Olympia.
