Transforming a former bowling alley into a dynamic Performing Arts Center, our adaptive reuse project celebrates the fusion of history and creativity. Within the existing structure, the entire interior has been repurposed to house a welcoming vestibule, concessions area, ticketing office, and modern restrooms. The bowling lanes have gracefully given way to a theater seating arrangement with 204 seats, complemented by a raised stage. A new exterior addition provides ample fly-space for cutting-edge theater equipment. The building's exterior has undergone a stunning Art Deco makeover, featuring an expansive canopy adorned with twinkling lights and a prominent digital marquee. Facing the parking area, an exterior wall showcases upcoming shows through small marquee boxes, creating an enticing preview off upcoming shows.
